Ingredients:
1 t. honey
1 T. peanut butter
1 egg 1/4 t. cinnamon
2 T. milk
2 slices of bread
1 slice of cheese
In a small bowl, stir together the honey and the peanut butter. Whip the egg in a small bowl, using a whisk. Add the milk and cinnamon to the egg. Spread the honey-peanut butter on one side of the bread. Place the cheese slice on the honey-peanut butter. Put the other slice of bread on top of the cheese, to make a sandwich. Dip the sandwich in the egg mixture, and saute it in a lightly buttered pan over medium heat.

Ingredients:
3 bananas
1 T. butter
6 eggs
1/2 C. raisins
1 t. cinnamon
1 1/2 C. yogurt (optional)
Peel the bananas and cut them into them into thick coins. In a frying pan, saute the bananas in the butter until they’re browned. Beat the eggs with a whisk in a small bowl, then add raisins and cinnamon. Cook the egg mixture in a saucepan on low heat. Add the bananas to the egg mixture, and serve. Yogurt can be added on top if desired.

Ingredients:
1 Slice bread
1 t. honey
1/2 T. jelly
1/2 banana
1/2 T. butter
1/2 t. cinnamon
Preheat oven or toaster oven to 400 degrees. Roll the bread flat with a rolling pin, and trim off the crusts. Then spread the honey and jelly on the bread with a butter knife. Place banana half on the bread and roll up. Melt the butter in a mall saucepan over low heat. Roll the bread-covered banana in melted butter, and bake it in a baking dish for 15 minutes, until the bread is crisp and the banana is hot and creamy. When it’s done, sprinkle with cinnamon.

Ingredients:
2 eggs, lightly beaten
3 C. quick-cooking oats
1/2 C. sugar
1/2 C. brown sugar
1 1/4 C. milk
1/4 C. vegetable oil
1/2 C. chopped nuts
1/2 C. raisins
2 t. baking powder
1 t. salt
1 t. ground cinnamon
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake at 350 for 28 min. Cut into squares. Top with syrup of peanut butter.
Used Pumpkin pie slice by accident & it was very good.

Ingredients:
1 lb. breakfast sausage (Original, Sage, or Maple)
3 C. Shredded potatoes (Simply Potatoes)
1/4 C. butter, melted
12 oz. Sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 C. onion, shredded
1 (16 oz.) container small curd cottage cheese
8 eggs
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease a 0 x 13 baking pan
- Place sausage in a large, deep skillet. Cook until evenly brown. Drain, crumble and set aside.
- Place butter in the baking dish and melt in preheating oven. Add potatoes and stir. Line the bottom and sides of the baking dish w/ potatoes. In a bowl, mix the sausage, cheddar cheese, onion, cottage cheese, and eggs. Pour over the potato mixture.
- Bake 1 hour in the preheated oven, or until toothpick comes out clean. Let stand for 5 min. before serving. Watch closely after about 50 min. – top was a little brown at 1 hour.
